Height: 6″-12″ Spread: 4′-5′. ‘Squeek Point’ is a Colorado selection of Kinnikinnick that has better evergreen color than the straight species, forming a dense mat of dark green glossy leaves. Pink flowers in May and June are followed by red berries late summer that persist into early winter. It’s unique name comes from being found near a tight corner on a road in Boulder County, where frequent sounds of squealing brakes are heard! Full sun to part shade. Zone 3.
