Height: 6′-8′ Spread: 5′-8′. Large, extremely hardy shrub (aka. Peking Cotoneaster) with glossy dark green foliage and upright growth. Black fruits follow small inconspicuous pink spring flowers. Outstanding orange-red fall color. Good screen or hardy hedge that can be pruned for a formal look. Can be subject to pear slug infestations. Full sun to part shade, but tolerates shade well. Zone 2.
