Throughout the season this is a multi-colored plant with the leaves emerging a reddish-purple, then turning green as they mature and eventually a more intense reddish-purple fall color. No known insect or disease problems. Small yellow flowers add additional interest during early summer. Excellent for mass plantings and slopes. Full sun. Zone 3.
