Height: 15′-25′ Spread: 15′-20′. Originated at the Canadian Ag station in Morden Manitoba. Sent to the USDA Cheyenne Station as a seedling in 1950. There it has proven to be the most cold hardy of all the Mulberries trialed over the last 91 years. It bears fairly large juicy sweet purple Mulberries in July into August. The Tree in Cheyenne has survived the last 46 years without supplimental irrigation. Currently being trialed as a potential Plant Select introduction. Zone 4.
