Height: 30′-40′ Spread: 10′-15′. An upright form of European Aspen found in Sweden. Bark is a smooth light gray on older wood and dark gray to black on smaller stems. Leaves are dark green with flattened petioles allowing the leaves to ‘tremble’ in light breezes which is typical of aspen trees. Fall color is orange to red and very striking. Full sun. Zone 2.
