Height: 6′-10′ Spread: 6′-10′. Selected by the University of Minnesota for its fruit quality. This is a wide-spreading dense bush with glossy reddish-brown and flaky bark. The oval to obovate leaves are dark green, the underside light grey and carry dense soft hair on both sides. In April the pink flower buds produce small pale pink flowers that turn white, followed by light red fruit. Full sun. Zone 3.
