Height: 20′-30′ Spread: 18′-20′. New growth appears bright green, turning burgundy-red as the leaves mature in early summer. White flowers borne in 3″-6″ long drooping racemes appear in late April to early May followed by small 1/4″ dark purple fruit. Fast growing plant that can be used as tree or large shrub, and will provide a quick screen. If used as a tree, suckers must be regularly removed. Very hardy. Full sun. Zone 2.
