Height: 35′-45′ Spread: 35′-45′. A small Asiatic elm that is resistant to both Dutch Elm Disease, European Elm Scale and Elm Yellows. Tolerant of urban conditions and disturbed sites. Selected by Fort Collins City Forester, Tim Buchanan, from seedlings acquired from Dr. George Ware in 1996. He later planted them around the city and selected this tree for its strong structure. Full sun. Zone 5.
