A great table grape for cold climates as they ripen in early September. Some fruits may contain crunchy empty seed coats. Introduced from an Elmer Swenson numbered selection. ‘Flambeau’ is best grown on trellises instead of arbors as the vine has low to medium vigor. Tolerant of alkaline soils.
