Height: – Spread: 8′-10′. ‘Marquette’ is a wine grape with dark blue fruit with cold hardiness (down to -36°) and disease resistance. The berries have a high sugar content producing wines of a ruby-red color and a bouquet with notes of cherry, berry, black pepper and spice. The open, orderly, and somewhat upright growth habit of Marquette is considered highly desirable. Resistant to downy mildew, powdery mildew and black rot. Must have good drainage. Full sun. Zone 3.
