Height: 15′-20′ Spread: 8′-10′. This crabapple is columnar in its youth, maturing to a narrow vase-shaped specimen with single, dark red flowers followed by persistent, deep red 1/2″ fruit. New foliage is purple but changes to a deep green color during the season. Has a reddish fall color and good fireblight resistance. Full sun. Zone 4.
